About Uffe

Leadership, operations and organisational development have been the common thread throughout my career. I have worked in both public and private organisations on mobilising new contracts, developing organisations and strengthening safety culture, leadership and competences.

I believe lasting results are created through people. When strategy becomes action, when leaders create direction, and when employees have the right competences and engagement, the best conditions are created for an organisation that succeeds.

With UTConsult I have chosen to bring my experience together and make it available through strategic and operational sparring for organisations that want to develop leadership, strengthen safety culture and create solutions that work in practice.

When I'm not working

When I'm off, you'll often find me in the air. I'm a private pilot and co-owner of a classic Piper PA-28-140, which I share with a group of flying enthusiasts.

For me, flying is about much more than a hobby. It demands thorough preparation, discipline, situational awareness and respect for safety – values that also shape my approach to leadership and collaboration.

I also greatly value the community around flying, where experience is shared and people help each other keep getting better.
